Bill is OutcomeRx’s Insurance Regulatory Council, the Principal Attorney of Megna Law Firm, and the Co-Director of the Genova Burns Insurance Law Practice Group. Bringing over 20 years in private law and a decade of in-house insurance expertise to our team, Bill supports and represents OutcomeRx in the compliance and legal space.

Before joining OutcomeRx, Bill cultivated extensive experience in representing financially regulated institutions, including insurance products, acquisitions, and compliance. He has also provided legal counsel in the health, life, casualty, captive, and property insurance industries.

Some highlights of Bill’s career include his time at the Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Association in Washington DC, his position as a past Chairman of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Insurance Section, and his recognition in New Jersey Super Lawyers for insurance law and New York Area’s Best Lawyers for government relations law.
